Mr. Jitesh Shah is the Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA), where he is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of major public infrastructure projects that contribute to the country’s sustainable development. With over 12 years of experience in national infrastructure development within the Government of Seychelles, he has gained extensive expertise in engineering, project management, and the delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives.

Mr. Shah holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham. As a Board Member of the Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA), he contributes his technical knowledge and strategic insight to support the Authority’s infrastructure development objectives. His experience in managing large-scale projects provides valuable guidance as SPA continues to enhance its port facilities, strengthen operational capacity, and advance its long-term development plans.
