Ms. Vanessa Marie is a Professional with over 15 years of progressive experience across Government, State-Owned Enterprises and the private sector. Her expertise spans corporate governance, company secretarial practice, executive management support, organisational coordination, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement and operational management.

She currently serves as the Executive Director to the Minister of Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation and was appointed as a Board Member of the Seychelles Ports Authority as the representative of the Ministry.

Throughout her career, Ms. Marie has worked closely with Ministers, Boards of Directors, Chief Executive Officers and senior management teams, supporting governance processes, strategic initiatives, corporate affairs, regulatory requirements and the effective coordination of organisational matters. Her experience across both the public and private sectors has given her a practical understanding of governance, accountability and effective decision-making, which she brings to her role on the Board.
