Mr. Elton Jeannevole joined SPA in 2019 as a Managerial and Cost Accountant after serving for six years as a Revenue and Tax Officer in the Domestic Tax Division of the Seychelles Revenue Commission. He was promoted to Financial Controller in January 2022 and is responsible for SPA’s financial management. His main roles include cash flow and fund forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, project costing, and statutory compliance. He also coordinates with internal and external auditors and oversees budget preparation and expenditure monitoring to support the organisation’s strategic objectives. Mr Jeannevole holds a Diploma in Accounting and Business (ACCA) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Derby. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance to further strengthen his expertise in financial management.
