Ms. Julie Florentine joined SPA in April 2022 as the Public Relation and Communication Coordinator for the Port Extension Project before being appointed Public Relation and Communication Manager in 2023. She brings extensive experience in education, communications, and the civil society sector. Ms Florentine holds a Diploma in Teaching Secondary English and a Master of Business Administration. In her role, she leads the development and implementation of strategic communication and public relations initiatives that support SPA’s mission and vision. She is responsible for strengthening stakeholder relationships, enhancing the Authority’s public image, safeguarding its reputation, and ensuring effective external communications. Through her expertise, she helps promote transparency, engagement, and meaningful communication with key stakeholders and the wider community.
