Mrs. Jeva Confiance is a human resources professional with over three decades of experience spanning in human resources, administration, operations, procurement, retail management, and corporate leadership within both the public sector and state-owned enterprises in Seychelles.  Throughout her career, she has held progressively senior positions at the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation (SBC) and the Seychelles Trading Company (STC). She is currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Skychef Ltd.  Mrs Confiance holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Distinction and is recognised for her practical leadership, integrity, sound judgement, and result-oriented approach.

As a Board Member of SPA and Chairperson of its Human Resources Committee, she brings extensive expertise in human capital management, organisational development, governance, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning. She is committed to promoting excellence, accountability, and sustainable organisational growth in support of the Authority’s strategic objectives. Mrs. Confiance firmly believes that effective governance is built on integrity, accountability, sound people management, and the ability to make balanced decisions that serve both employees and the organisation.
