Mrs. Estelle Alexis is a highly qualified legal professional with Bachelor and Master’s degrees specialising in maritime and business law. She was appointed in the post of Legal Advisor in October 2022. She has extensive experience providing legal advice to the Ministry for the Blue Economy and Ministry for Transport. Mrs Alexis’ primary responsibility is managing SPA’s extensive portfolio of legal risks, as well as reviewing and drafting legislations pertaining to the SPA. Mrs Alexis also serves as Secretary to SPA Board and is a board member of the Seychelles Trading Company (STC) as well as the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA).
